Eishtec is an outsourced contact centre with four sites based in Ireland serving mobile imagecarriers in the UK and Eire. The company needed an Interim IT Director to manage their daily operations, infrastructure and information security including PCI compliance. We managed suppliers, increased resilience for business continuity, participated in client PCI audits, and performed a comprehensive review of policies, processes and procedures against the ISO27001 standard. We introduced best practices and provided recommendations for further improvement and staff engagement. The organisation works with lots of different people including donors, trusts, councils, schools, universities, prisons and volunteers. Like all businesses, they need to keep track of income, manage relationships and report to the board. To accomplish this, we implemented a Salesforce CRM system “in the cloud” specific to their needs. This enables them to keep track of all their contacts, funding opportunities and youth programmes at a glance whether at the desktop or on the road using a smartphone or tablet. It provides all staff a consistent and convenient means of capturing and sharing important information, keeping track of tasks and activities, and measuring progress. Job done.

logoWildwind is a sailing holiday business with locations in Greece and Mauritius. The business has grown organically over twenty-five years and has a loyal and expanding customer base all over Europe. Bookings are taken by independent travel agents in Belgium, Germany, Holland, Sweden and the UK. Arrangements typically include flights, coach transfer, accommodation and activities for one to two weeks. All of this information is currently stored, shared and manipulated using various excel worksheets. The long term objective is to migrate this to a central CRM system. Meanwhile, the short term objective is to automate manual processes that are labour intensive and error prone using visual basic and the excel object model. Job done.
